The dissemination order granted by Mellor was part of his final judgment. Wright was also ordered to post a similar notice on his Twitter/X account and on the Slack channels where he communicates with his supporters. Judge, Justice James Mellor, overseeing the case brought against Wright by the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA), a non-profit organization representing Bitcoin developers.

Kleiman’s estate argued that Wright and Kleiman together co-created Bitcoin and it was thus owed half of Wright’s alleged 1.1 million BTC stash. The introduction of Satoshi AI has been met with excitement and anticipation from the cryptocurrency community.

The Birth of Bitcoin: Who Created Bitcoin?

With the launch of Satoshi AI, Nakamoto continues to influence the trajectory of the cryptocurrency industry. This latest innovation underscores his commitment to decentralization and user empowerment, principles that have been central to Bitcoin since its inception. “In advancing his false claim to be Satoshi through Satoshi Nakamoto multiple legal actions, Dr Wright committed ‘a most serious abuse’ of the process of the courts of the UK, Norway and the USA,” he said. In a written ruling today, the judge said he was referring the case to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) to consider prosecution over potential perjury and forgery.

Single largest (individual) holder of bitcoins

We should remember that his perspective on Bitcoin is only one among many, and Bitcoin is now larger than him or his original intentions. One thing is certain, though, whoever created Bitcoin wanted to remain anonymous for one reason or another, and that person (or people) has done a good job at that.
